What is a career record?
Your career record holds more than any one CV needs. Keep your full experience in one place, then select and tailor what matters for each opportunity. Come back when something changes, without starting over.
Do I have to use AI?
No. You can add experience, edit your record, choose templates and build CVs yourself. AI conversations and design suggestions are optional.
What happens when I ask AI for help?
The app explains which notes and career context you share with OpenAI. Suggested changes are yours to review before saving. A new layout changes the presentation of your selected experience.
Can I use the CV I already have?
Yes. Import a PDF, DOCX or text file, then review the extracted information in an editable worksheet. You choose which entries to add to your career record.
Can I take my work with me?
Export your CV as a PDF or plain text. You can also download your career record, CVs and saved versions as JSON, or delete your workspace data in Settings.
